As we feel fitness testing is important for every one of our clients, we provide our first fitness and lifestyle evaluation at no charge. In order to provide an effective training program that is personalized to your needs and goals, we must establish what your current fitness levels are at the beginning.
We will complete a series of tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, body-composition, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance. We will also review your nutritional habits, injury or medical condition history, health risks and general lifestyle as they all will have a bearing on your individualized program.
We recommend that subsequent evaluations are completed at regular intervals, so we can gauge the effectiveness of your training program. They may occur anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks apart, as it usually takes a few weeks to see results from each routine.
