In groups of 2 or 3 people, training sessions are carefully designed to suit each individual client's needs while creating a team atmosphere to motivate and encourage each other. Your training sessions will be interesting and fun with a wide variety of different exercises in each session.

Like with our single personal training sessions, we provide buddy training at local fitness facilities, at your home or outdoors. Programs are tailored to accommodate your time, level of fitness, activity interests and lifestyle goals while staying within your financial budget.
