A typical coaching session lasts 30 minutes once per week, or for two hours per month. During each session, you choose the focus of conversation while the we listen and contribute observations and questions. With guidance from your coach, you will explore various options open to you that will enable you to realize your goals. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action.
