How Lifestyle Coaching Works
Simply put, Fit+Smart Conditioning's trainers will help you look at where you are now, where you’d like to be, and then determine a plan of action. We provide coaching in person, on the telephone or via email.

A typical coaching session lasts 30 minutes once per week, or for two hours per month. During each session, you choose the focus of conversation while the we listen and contribute observations and questions. With guidance from your coach, you will explore various options open to you that will enable you to realize your goals. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action.

Whichever method you choose, lifestyle coaching will be a challenging experience for you, requiring a high level of enthusiasm and commitment, but well worth the effort.

The Benefits of Having a Lifestyle Coach

In your coaching session, you have the opportunity to discuss your problems and challenges in a confidential setting without judgement, criticism, interruption, or biased opinion. Ultimately you will gain clarity of your ultimate goals and what you are willing to do to reach them.

SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE: 

  • Challenging any limiting and negative assumptions and beliefs that are stopping you from moving forward.
  • Time to think through your challenges and options.
  • Effective exercises designed to help you focus on your goals: identify what you'd like to have, be and do.
  • Powerful non-judgmental, non-leading and agenda-free questions that will help you discover and commit to your goals and take ownership of them.
  • Feedback which helps you examine what you probably know at some level but haven't considered.
  • Accelerated progress of goal achievement by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.
