PERSONAL TRAINING – You will receive detailed orientation as well as constant attention to your exercise intensity and technique in order to achieve the best result possible. Some people may want constant supervision three to four times a week which makes them more accountable to someone else for their exercise time; others may prefer to see a trainer less regularly to update their exercise program.

POST REHABILITATION TRAINING – Exercise enthusiasts recovering from injuries and those with chronic conditions have the opportunity to achieve and regain their fitness level through post rehabilitation training. Exercise programs are designed to facilitate the individual’s progress from post rehabilitation through each phase of their post rehabilitation recovery. It offers specialized exercise assessment, programming and conditioning for individuals who have experienced a set back due to  injury, surgery, sickness or some chronic condition; have been released from physiotherapy or have medical clearance; and want to improve their physical function and quality of life. Education on injury prevention and current injury management is also provided.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING – No matter if you would like to improve your tennis game, golf like a pro or get ready for an adventure vacation, I can design a sport specific,training program that will improve your game and give you that extra edge.

BUDDY/FAMILY PERSONAL TRAINING – Personal attention and motivation during exercise is the primary function of a personal trainer. The Buddy Personal Training sessions are carefully designed to suite each individual clients needs. Your training sessions will be interesting and fun with a wide variety of different exercises in each session.

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING – Would you like to surprise your husband with the gift of health? You mother is too intimidated to join the gym? You need to learn how to exercise outside while walking your dog? I can visit you at your home to teach you how to use everyday items for a workout or meet you in a park for a session under the sun (or in the rain.)

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING – Offers Affordable Personal Training: -- get started for as little as $19.99 per month.

Since our personalized programs are completely customized to each individual, I can design a program with no equipment or just dumbbells or even for use with a club membership. So whatever equipment you do or don't have, I can work with you!

FITNESS EVALUATION – This is a series of tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, body-composition, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS – Bootcamps are suitable for all Fitness Levels. Our four week programs start at the beginning of every month. With a mixture of cardio, resistance, core and sports conditioning exercises you will loose weight and inches, tone up and increase your energy and overall fitness.

CORPORATE BOOT CAMP – I will also be able to hold Bootcamps at your office either before work, at lunch time, or right after work. Please contact me for details.
